Quality： Machine does not operate as advertised and is defective - the vacuum is very weak and hardly noticeable, some of the rollers do not move at all, the machine keeps freezing and has to be turned off and on again to keep working. Many days and hours spent on trying to communicate with the supplier, hundreds of useless suggestions of what we should try until the contact was no longer there. We were held off for so long, that the refund possibility has expired - we got no help at all
